Projects

Mesmeric Scintillation

Mesmeric Scintillations" is a music video by Oakland-based "arcane wizard doom sludge" band Dungeon Weed, released in early 2022 to promote their double-album The Eye of the Icosahedron. The video showcases a dark, psychedelic, and heavy sonic journey characterized by slow, fuzzed-out riffs, synth-heavy passages, and occult-themed imagery, designed to transport the viewer through a "dreamlike, eldritch tale"

Love Hurts

The film has earned significant acclaim on the festival circuit, securing Best Short Film at the Urban Action Showcase at AMC Times Square and the Audience Pick at the Hollyshorts Festival held at the iconic Chinese Theatre. This success is showcased in a high-octane 4K clip from the 2025 action-comedy Love Hurts, which highlights the film's intense and stylized fight choreography.

Chris expertly handled the full sonic landscape for the award-winning short film, serving as the composer and music director while managing the scoring, sound design, and final mixing.

Heavy Metal Guy

Chris collaborated with Heavy Metal Guy to deliver a powerful sonic foundation, overseeing the drum tracking, production, and final mixing. Beyond individual tracks, his experience extends to long-form media; as part of the Griddle team, he spent a full season writing and recording original music for a weekly cartoon series, delivering fresh compositions on a rigorous seven-day production cycle.
